I wrote the stall detector under my weight chart. It flagged month-long flat stretches I remember as steady progress.
A green checkmark next to every value on my last panel. Three of them I'd flag if they were on someone I cared about.
The DEXA said my lean mass jumped from 239.0 to 252.6 lbs between January and May. I'm 35. I'm not on anything. Time to look at what that number is actually measuring. Updated in August with the scan that settled it.
